It's best just to use the plain carrier oil e.g. almond oil. Personally I wouldn't advise sit ups or high impact exercise but if you're certain your body is used to the activities they say you can usually continue. Dancing in clubs is OK but you have to be careful about getting shoved about and the smoke isn't good for the baby. Plus you should avoid getting overheated - saunas, hot baths and jacuzzis are definite no-no's.
If you regulalry go to boxing class and you are careful then there is NO reason at all why you should not continue.
It will of course be at the discretion of the club and anyone brave enough to take you on in the ring ... hormones + being able to throw punches = not a pretty sigh hahaha.
< P>A friend of mine was still out riding an show jumping a week before giving birth - and NO she was not the horse!!
If you are a very fit person and have a set exercise routine then you can keep up with 90% of it right until the end of the pregnancy. It is all a matter of knowing your limits and being sensible.
Best of luck. xxx
