using sterilisers
3 Answers
My baby is 4 weeks old and I've been breastfeeding him exclusively but now I've decided to start expressing so I can give him some milk via the bottle to give me a break every once in a while.
I've got a steam steriliser and when a cycle is finished the contents (bottles, etc) are wet. Is this ok/normal? And how do I dry the bottles, etc, while keeping them clean enough? I've been using paper towels so far, but not sure if this is ok.
Thanks for any help.

I also found it helpful to use the cups that u pop inside ur bra/top on the other breast when feeding or expressing to catch milk that leaks out from the spare breast,
Just sterilise the cup before use, and then u can use this milk also to feed from a bottle.
Another expressing tip, look at ur baby and visualise feeding him/her when expressing, this stimulates the let down reflex.or look at a pic of baby too.
congrats on ur new addition to ur family xx
