Vitamin D
1 Answers
I live in the subarctic; have for 30 years.
I have been taking 5,000 units of vitamin D, daily. Was tested and the test shows I am exactly where I should be.
This is not a question but to suggest that maybe many people should be upping their Vitamin D.
I should have started doing this years ago, but I was quite non-knowledgable about this. If you count the vitamin itself plus the food that have Vitamin D (milk, etc.)
I am actually getting more than 5,000 units. Just relating my experience so others might benefit.

The article also said that they were lobbying the government in order that this should be raised higher on the health priorities in Scotland. I think that in order to stay healthy, we need at least 15 minutes of sunlight a day.
