ISP branding

I had installed a wanadoo speedtouch modem a good few months ago but I never got it to work because of compatibility problems, it had branded IE 8 as being supplied by wanadoo, used ISP unbrand and it does the trick ok but the next time I start the computer get a black screen with a white box top left saying setting your personal settings etc, and trying to change my home page to wanadoo, and of course the branding is back, I have serched the computer and deleted everything to with wanadoo, run revo un-installer and can't find any ref; to wanadoo or speedtouch, any help would be appreciated, dougie.
