which bottled water to drink abroad?

going away next week with my 14month old little boy,is he ok drinking any bottled water or does it have to be volvic,evian etc?last time we boiled it but dont think i have to be that wary now he's older?taking little cartons for his milk its just for drinking during the day,also is their cows milk ok for him?thanks.
ps we are going to mainland spain!

cows milk will be fine as long as pasturised.

As for bottled water you must watch out for the sodium content. You need a very low figure (nil / trace) if possible. I think spring is better than mineral too.

Some brands of bottled water are marked suitable for infant feeding now.
