MMR
Hello, possibly a stupid question but.....My 16 month old daughter had her MMR on Wednesday morning, she seems a little out of sorts, and has a large red lump on the leg where she had the jab - how long will this last?

I did contact the surgery and they said this sometimes happens but I made them put it into their notes (sorry - can't remember which of my children it was - that's why I am saying their instead of his/her!). Sometimes they are out of sorts after any jab but you can give them Calpol if they are really poorly. (PS - not a totally crap mam but I have five children including 19 month old twins so sometimes just remembering my name is a miracle!) Hope this helps
LOL, I struggle to keep up with one! She's ok just a little grumpy - after all her other jabs she was just sleepy that day, but ok again the day after, but this is different, so I'm not sure if its the jab or something else?! Think I'll give the surgery a call if the lump is still there on monday. It seems swollen & hot, and she's never had that reaction to any of the other jabs - thanks sherrardk
