My ex and I are not having a good relationship at the moment, and she is involving solicitors.
I tried to contact the health visitor to talk to her about my sons routine and speech therapy, as unable to talk to the ex. she said I would need to get permission of the ex before I can speak to her. A few mintues the ex rang saying shy have I contacted the health visitor saying I have concerns ( I never once said I had concerns, only wanted to know alittle more information about it) and that she does not give me permission to speak tot he health visitor.

Can she actually do this legally, I though it was the right of every parentto have access and speak to the health visitor of their child?

please help it is all going legal, I cannot afford a solicitor as still paying the last one off.

How old is the child?

Are you on the birth certificate?

As far as I'm aware any child born after 2003 the father gets automatic parental rights the same as the mother.
