How early?

Yes it is possible.

The question is...."are they significant?"
the soft tissues and ligaments can cause slight aches and pains as they soften to accomodate growth, this isnt usually felt until late in first trimester.

Strong pains, especially if any bleeding accompanies them should be checked out.

Within 1-2 weeks of conception. Cramps aren’t heavy just, happening everyday – I am just hoping I am pregnant
i would think that they are probably a bit early to be anything to do with ligaments
Watch and wait...that's all you can do.
