Problems with XP on eee pc 901

I have an eee pc 901 with xp installed, however, I have noticed several problems with it lately, i can no longer access the user accounts in control panel, i cannot access the BIOS menu, and the driver for the webcam disappeared, I am also trying to download Service Pack 3, because some parts of it are missing, but javascript doesn't seem to work on IE, and i cannot use another browser to install it through microsoft, Java is installed on the netbook and javascript is enabled in the browser settings, but it just doesn't work, I have a support disc with drivers on it, but the netbook doesn't have a CD drive, and I was also considering reinstalling XP, but i can't seem to be able to purchase it, and i don't know where to download it safely.

I'm going to assume that the reason why you are asking for a place to "download" it safely is because you've downloaded a dodgy copy. That is the only real reason (that I can see) why this string of errors has happened
I strongly suggest that you purchase yourself a legal copy of XP and reinstall it
