She has 3 children. Eldest 73. Next 69. Youngest 63. The youngest a girl was diagnosed with breast cancer about 3 years ago. The 69 year old a boy was diaognosed with leukemia about Christmas time. The eldest another boy has prostate cancer. Last week the middle boy with leukemia died, Today it was his funeral. She could not bring herself to go. She is quite a fit lady, still potters about with no help from social services. Her Granddaughters come in and do her heavy work. Who would expect that at 97 you would bury your children. I so feel for her.

Very sad, I knew al lady of 100 a few years ago, her eldest daughter was 78! And her health was nowhere near as good as her mother's, In fact she passed away before her mother, so very sad, but that's the way it goes sometimes, you should never have to be around to see your children buried, it must be soul destroying, no matter what age you are................
