29yr female using face cream for mature skin?
15 Answers
Ok so I got about 5 boxes of expensive face cream from an old relative all unused she said its bad on her typeof skin, It has all this special technology/ingredients for very mature skin. So would this be bad for me to use aged 29 but look early to mid 20's. I use cheap 'simple' cream during the day and a olay pump action bottle of night cream under the eyes at night. During the day I am considering using the loreal day cream for mature skin surely it would be better than the 'simple' even if it is for older skin??
What do you think is it ok to use??

It is in the Daily Mail mind you, so possibly best not to take it as gospel.

thanks so much for that link it is true that the cream is heavier and therefore the skin and sweat pores cannot work properly because I gave the cream to my bf he is 36 and he got extra hot with it on and his face went extra sweaty as the cream and the sweat were fighting for space on his face!! he had to wash it off.
Thanks

Creams for maturer skin tend to be richer, so can be to heavy on younger skin. Have you noticed your skin feeling greasier since you've used it? If you're unsure of whats best for you then larger Boots stores have a machine that detects your skin type which is a free service. Pretend you sound interested & you should get some samples! Or go to one of the beauty counters for a consultation. Good luck!
