Concrete Paint & Sealer Question

So we have a very large concrete driveway which is painted. The paint is Sandstone, and it's a fairly pricey paint. Problem is, it only lasts about a year before it looks like crud again. One year we were told to purchase a very pricey sealer for it. I can't remember what it was called, but it definitely wasn't acrylic. It did make the paint last longer, but it made the driveway dangerously slippery. It also completely wore off after maybe two years. I like the Sandstone paint, but I'm looking for a better sealer. ALSO, I have this same paint on a very large fountain and waterfall, and it goes through the same process. I don't mind spending the money, but I need a concrete sealer that is VERY good and VERY lasting. Preferably one that you won't bust your butt on. Places like Sea World and Disney seem to have a thick glossy coat of something on their stuff. Need some help from the pros here so my driveway looks like the pros! Thank you!

The only thing that seems to work longterm is a resin finish which needs to be put down professionally. I think that a fine gravel is incorporated to give a non slip surface.
I saw it being laid on a Groundforce programme & it looks terrific. Paint won't last 5 minutes & will weather off in months.
