Sore breasts

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any advice on sore breasts.

My last period (which are a little irregular) was about 3 weeks ago, had unprotected sex with my partner just over a week ago but for the past few days my boobs have been killing me.

i never get this when I'm on or due on my period. They feel a bit alright but if I touch them they are really tender and oh my god my nipples are so sore. I've not been able to wear a bra for the past few days.

So any suggestions as to why I'm getting this as I said I never get painful boobs before or during my period.

I don't think so muchlove as I only had sex just over a week ago and surely the symptoms wouldnt show up this quick

It is possible in some women. Like I said, I don't want to alarm you, but if you had unprotected sex then there could be a chance. Pregnancy symptoms can occur as early as when conception has taken place.

Do you have any other symptoms?

It could just be your hormones.

Only other things wrong with me are back pain (but suffer from back aches quite a lot) but this is really bad and I'M SSSSSSSOOOOOOOO tired all the time but I've put this down to getting up at 5-6am

It could be. maisiemoo - if you think a regular cycle is 4 weeks, then a week ago would be right in the middle of your cycle which is the most fertile time. Might be worth getting a pregnancy test from the chemist, so you know one way or another.

The other thing is - have you put on any weight at all? my breasts often hurt if I have put on a couple of pounds.

Nope not put on any weight. Would I test show up if it's only been a week and a half? Sorry for the dumb questions but never experienced a pregnancy lol

Do you know when you are due to start your next cycle?

I would certainly take a pregnancy test, especially now that you're saying you have back ache which is much worse and are feeling tired - all early symptoms of pregnancy.

Is the backache in the lower part of your back?

yep right in my lower back. Don't know when my next cycle is as I'm a bit irregular

I've never done one but I believe the pregnancy kits can give a pretty good result, quite early on, these days.
