there are mixed opinions on this. Speak to your GP or midwife to see what help is available and what risks there are.
According to the manufacturers leaflet should try to give up smoking WITHOUT NRT.

ok, thanks
Taken from my nicotine inhalator book
You should try to stop without using NRT, however the use of this product may be preferable to patches as it is used intermittently. If you feel sick or have morning sickness the patches may be preferable but take it off at bedtime.
The use of this product is better than smoking./Clear as mud isn't it.

i was worried about this when i was pregnant - the doctor told me that, although not ideal, using nrt is clearly better than smoking..... its really hard to give up, even when you have the best incentive in the world, so if you can make it a little easier on yourself, then do so. speak with your doctorif your worid - mine gave me patches when iwas pregnant but i'm not sure how they feel about other nrt devices. good luck x

thanks nini, i have cut down to less than half but finding difficult to just stop alltogether, it is hard thank you - some people can be so nasty about it i was shocked when i found out i was pregnant if i was planning a baby i would give up in the preparation its not so easy to just quit is it x
One of the best products that I have ever come across to quit smoking is Nicorette Gum and I believe in that product because today with the help of that I used Nicorette Gum that allowed me to actively control on how much nicotine I used & when I used it.
I used Low Strength 2mg Gum: Since it was suitable for me, I use to smoke approx 12 cigarettes a day.
And so with the 12 Week Nicotine Replacement Plan of Nicorette I quit smoking. Today it’s been almost more than 6months and I don't get any cravings.
Thanks and Cheers to Nicorette and its Quit smoking Products. http://www.nicorette....ing/stop-smoking-tips
