Is wearing light makeup considered cheating?
I am a girl who likes to appear in my best condition most of the time, and although I wear a little makeup, my friend opposes me in this matter. She blames me when I take care of myself, she says girls don't need to waste their time on this..even my mom thinks that I'm not putting anything on my face ,my other friends laugh at me when I ask them if my makeup look good because they think that nothing there that's how light my makeup is ,so I don't know why she making a fuss about it .. like She literally doesn't let me rest from her questions, am I wrong about the whole matter ?....

It does sound like a little jealousy coming into play here. Maybe invite her over for a little makeover?

Not at all, i am the same, my make up is hardly noticeable but makes me feel a bit better and brighter to face the day.
A others have said perhaps she would like to use some herself but isn't confident.
Tell her why you like to wear a a little bit of make up and suggest she try, with your help if she might need it.
If that doesn't help I would ask her to agree to disagree with you and move on from the subject.
