Pictionary Air - Quite Disappointed
3 Answers
I bought Pictionary Air hoping for some family fun over Xmas but was really disappointed. For some reason it would not cast to our smart TV, according to the web it would only work on laptops after lots of complicated downloads so we had to play only sharing one phone - most unsatisfactory, hard to see and interference from TV and wall lights on the picture also just made it a nause.
Anyone else find the same or were my expectations just too high?

There are so many flaws with the game, I'm not surprised that you had issues. It's not just problems with brand new TVs (Smart TV's less than a year old) but with phones also. Connectivity issues with phones too.
Then there's the issue with the pen itself, only drawing half of the stuff that is actually drawn. You can't restart turns either.
I wouldn't say your expectations were too high, I just think the product is defective - my opinion of course.

Yes to both of you, that's just what we found. It wouldn't work on an iphone either. It's clearly US designed too as the few cards we did get through had words to guess such as diaper, corn dog, sidewalk and soccer. Can't imagine many UK 9 year olds would find those fun to guess as per one amazon review.
