I had a PPH with my first baby.

After talking to my consultant & midwife we decided to go for a vaginal birth the second time around, but only if the baby was on time (my first was 2 weeks late and huge!) if I hadn't had the baby on my due date, I was to go in for an elective CS.

My son was born a week early and luckily I didn't have a PPH. I have gone on to have two more babies with no trouble too.

Only you can decide what you would feel more comfortable with ~ not sure of the statistics regarding it happening again. A chat with your midwife and/or your consultant may help you :o)

Good luck..and congrats on your pregnancy!
