who can help with fighting a mis sold endowment claim?

we have been fighting a mis sold endowment claim for almost 3 years now, such a long period of time as it has taken so long for replies to come back each time. we have finally got an answer from the ombudsman which goes against us but the girl who passed it on to him upheld our claim. do you know anyone who we can now ask to fight for us, i believe there are companies out there that you can pass this sort of thing on to with a no win no fee or they take a cut if we win?? the policy was cashed in by the way in 2001 when we moved to a repayment mortgage. the main reason for our complaint by the way is that my husband who was then single in 1994 had no dependants therefore why was he sold a life assurance policy? hope someone can help as we want an end to this. i won on this count when i complained about mine so why hasnt the same decision been made about my hubbys claim??!!

As far as I'm aware the Ombudsman is the final port of call. There are plenty of sites when you google this enquiry but I'm not sure of their effectiveness.

I used Brunel Franklin - they were very good. I wasnt even sure if i had avalid claim but they got me a few grand back!
Just google their name.
