What are the very first signs of pregnancy?

Had unprotected sex with my partner a few days ago, got the morning after pill about 24 hours later but the pharmacist told me to take a pregnancy test in 3 weeks time whether or not I have had a period - as my menstrual cycle is not regular anyway.

Are there any signs I may possibly notice now if I am pregnant before I take the test? (This is going to make me so paranoid now..!)

You should be ok if you've had the morning after pill. My earliest signs were needing the toilet ALL the time and sore breasts. Unfortunately these are similar signs to when you are starting your period though so try not to worry either way.Hope all works out for you.

Hi simsfreq - I was also irregular in my cycle when i got pregnant, so unfortunately confirmation is just a waiting game!

I had really bad morning sickness in the first couple of months though - originally thought it was food poisoning after my original test came back negative, but vomitting continued and it was confirmed i was indeed up the duff...

i think tiredness is also quite a key factor, i would come home from work and be completely shattered!

I had really vivid strange dreams in the very early days of pregnancy - I was also very irregular. I knew that I was pregnat with my 2nd - when no 1 was only 4 months old, because of the dreams which started even before I was sure that I was late.
