3 years ago when my son was born i claimed a baby grant of �1000, i cant remember how i did this, just remember getting it into my bank, and cant find anything about it on the internet, id like to pass some details on to a friend that is expecting can anyone help.

Its a �500 grant for those eligable, not sure if this is what you are referring to but its called a sure start grant

Could it have been a Sure Start maternity grant?
