Everlasting cold!
15 Answers
Ok, I have had a cold since about Christmas time!
I had Sinusitis just before Christmas and since then I have suffered with bad sinuses all the time, a tickly cough and sometimes sore eyes! I also thought it could have been hayfever but as I have had it since Chrsitmas I am not so sure!
When I was at the docs the other week I mentioned I had a slight cold and he told me it was Bronchitis, but he was reluctant to give me anything for it! I am getting a bit sick of it all now and just want something I can take that will fully flush it out of my system!
Any ideas?

Try and add some of these herbs to your diet and start cycling to work.

I have quite a healthy diet! I don't eat processed foods! I eat at least 2 portions of fruit and veg a day... I am constantly eating chillies and garlic which is good for you! I don't think it's a diet problem. I only drink Water.... or fruit juice.. not squash... juice.. like innocent fruit juice. Up until the last few weeks I have been going to the gym... I have wine at the weekends and maybe the odd KFC but apart from that I don't see a problem! I feel very healthy in myself.. it's just this bloomin sinus thing!
