Pregancy Tests

Has anyone thought that they might be pregnant just after there period and had to wait a whole month to do a test?

I did, but it didn't feel long to me because I felt I knew I was pregnant and wasn't interested in doing a test!

I can't explain it but I even said to my husband that I knew I wouldn't be expecting a period that month and so I begrudged paying �12 for a test! Hahah, I'm not that tight usually but I was totally convinced I was pregnant (I was and am now 10 weeks along!).

I'm hoping that in a week I can do a test, I'm due soon and I'm thinking it might be this month, but trying not to get my hopes up!

ive been trying for six months + and hoping not to come on in a week. it is the longest time waiting! but hopefully this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took me 2 1/2 years to get pregnant, and that is along time to be waiting for your period not to turn up!!

Hi wisewoman, my wife is in this position herself at the moment!, do you know when is the earliest you can do a test?, I heard you can buy a test that can show if you're pregnant 4 days before your next period would be due. Is this the case?

You can do a test that early mats but it may give you a false negative. It is best to do it on the first day that your (or your wifes in this case) was due.
