Is is more prevalent in males? And I read that it's also hereditary - would that mean it passes down (though not exclusively) through the X chromosome? Also, can identical twins have the same narcolepsy, especially same sex twins? What about triplets where two are of the same sex and one isn't?

Thanks for any info, I'm struggling a bit to understand all the long words I find on Google when I type it in...
