contraception injection

Hi,had a misscarriage end of july and had a proper period begining of september so went to the nurse and had the contraception injection.should of had another period begining of october but up till now have not had any signs of a period apart from mild period pains.should i be worried or is this normal?

from what i can remember from years ago when i was having the injection i didnt have a period either which was normal, if you are concerned give your gp a call they are normaly very helpfull over the phone

I had the contraceptive injection for about 3 years and had no periods during that time. It also took about 6 months for my period to return when I stopped having the injection.
