I've been eating a ton of carbs lately purely because I have no self control over my diet at the min. I've got a back injury so i cant go to they gym which means no exercise which for me means I lose all sense of a healthy diet, I get worse PMT and PCOS symptoms are coming back.
I was eating really healthy and lost a stone but now I can feel it going back on but I cant stop eating carb based foods. Its so difficult fo rme to lose weight and I've done so well but I cant get back onthe healthy eating bandwagon!
And now the carb cravings are uncontrolable for lunch I want a large chicken mayo bap and a personal pizza. help help help
lovenut, there are lots of new treatments for pcos these days.
go visit your gp and explain ALL your problems. dont be fobbed off by a doctor that has little or no concern for your condition.
changing your diet will help, but so will a visit to a specialist !

Awwww, I have PCOS too. ( a chicken mayo bap is fine though sweety, as the protein makes it slower to break down). Dont buy white carbs, even buy yams and sweet potatoes in place of normal spuddage. Take it a day at a time.
