This past week I've partied hard as I live abroad n came home to see people.
I'm a lil worried that my body has been severly punished so wanna make good by giving it the right vitamins/nutrients it needs... I wont be havin anymore booze for at least a month coz I really have gone overboard and will be drinking lots of water to flush the toxins out but what else can I eat/drink?
I dont live in the UK so I cant pop to Boots n buy a detox kit so any ideas?

And all thedrinking you have been doing is certainly stressing your body. The same holds if you also smoke. Do not worry about taking too much of the B vits as any that the body doesn't need is passed in urine.
I would suggest you simply eat loads of fresh fruit and veg with the odd bit of fish or meat thrown in if you eat them..... If you are really hungry go for wholemeal bread, pasta, rice etc - slow acting carbs which will fill you up. The water will help as well, but try not to drink too many fizzy drinks like coke and pepsi etc, just go for fruit juices. If you can't get hold of fresh fruit then look out for the canned fruit in fruit juice (not syrup).
