Im new to AB, and 20 weeks pregnant!
I have been meaning to post something since I found out I was pregnant, seems like a great community spirit of ideas and comments on pregnancy here! But now I have just started my 20th week I knew I had to say hi to all.
Im really scared, worried and nervous, and will prob have loads of pregnancy questions in the future, but for now I though I would introduce myself as the newbie on the AB pregnancy street !

I'm 33 weeks (2nd pregnancy) at the moment and having an ok time of it! Can't grumble really (although it's good to have a moan!)
There are a few who are close now, so it's exciting times!
So congrats on the pregnancy and will be keeping an eye out for you! x x x x x x x x x x

Hello tipsey. Nice to make your acquaintance.
A first pregnancy is rather scary but, for your own sake, don't worry as it will just make your feel more scared. I'm rather out of touch with the subject now as I'm a grandmother but sometimes we oldies can stick an oar in and make sense and reassure, so I'll keep an eye open for you and help if I can.
Good luck with the rest of the term.

Have not looked at the Chatterbank yet, but I am sure to explore the entire site soon. There seems to be so much going on here.
Im really excited too - and cant wait to have a bump! Although I will probably regret saying that in a few weeks time!
Thanks again!

Hi and congratulations on your pregnancy. I am 10 weeks pregnant with my second. I am actually not as worried this time round, i know i am much healthier now and all went well last time, and even though i did not have a very positive birth experience with my first, i am not at all scared about the birth, in fact i cant wait!
Try not to worry too much, take care.

Hi Tipsey, I will be 40weeks tomorrow with my first - you are welcome to borrow my bump for a while if you like! LOL
I didn't show until I was around 25weeks and even then I had to really push it out for people to notice - honestly, make the most of it, I am so enormous now that I can only sleep on one side and I am sure the baby will come out with a mishapen head for the amount of times I bash it into doors when trying to squeeze through spaces. I am kind of like a huge cat without whiskers :-)
I've had so much help and advice from people on this site, and sometimes when you just really fancy a good whinge it's a really nice palce to come and let off steam - and there's usually plenty of people to join in too. Hope everything continues to go well for you hun xx
