It seems a lot of mummies have popped! I have been up to my eyes in pink babygrows and dirty nappies and managed to miss Mini Miss CRX's arrival. It's been lots of fun though, I love being a mummy - perhaps it's still a novelty at the moment though LOL :-)
So who else is due when or has had their babbas?
How is Lorrymac doing? Andrea how did your appt go this week? Anyone else I am missing? X

I am also vegetarian and every time I walked past the bakers in town and got a whiff of the fresh bacon rolls my mouth would start watering and I had to waddle far away as possible as quickly as possible lol I too never gave in!
Im wondering who is going to break the current trend and have a boy lol

Hi Nat,
Sounds like your enjoying your little handful and having lots of fun. Bet you've already forgotton the labour???? (or most of it LOL)
I'm 35+5 today (Monday), not long now, but as I've finished work, I'm already bored! I've packed and now resorted to unpacking and finding better ways to pack my stuff! OMG!
My appointment went well, the consultant said that they have no problem with me trying for a natural birth, but I have to see them at 40 weeks so they can judge when to give me a sweep (if needed) so I don't go too far over my DD!
Will be on c-section allert because of scar, but not rushed or scary like before!
Feel 100% better now! (Well, apart from if they said they could teleport the little madam out, that would be fine too!)
Nice to hear from you Nat, keep us (un-popped) bumps updated! x x x x x

Isn't gerkins and icecream a common craving? That's similar to the pickled onions and mars bar isn't it? I didn't have any particular cravings apart from .... err.... everything really :-)
Even at the end of the pregnancy when women are supposed to have smaller stomachs and so can't eat so much I was still wanting to scoff all the time. Thankfully I was pretty careful and have only put on one stone, and as I barely seem to have time to eat now I should shift that pretty quick.
ILS - Five and a half months?? That's gone so quick, over half way there now :-D When is your next scan? You might be the one to buck the trend and have the boy.
Andrea, it's mind numbing isn't it? Daytime TV drove me to distraction. When I started my maternity leave my house had never been so clean, everything sparkled because I cleaned everything out of pure boredom, and I, too, packed, unpacked, reapcked and packed again. Only to find that I didn't need ha;f the stuff when I got there anyway. Although my midwife said she was very impressed with how compact I was compared to a lot of new mums who take half the house.

Wow! 67 years? Do you have a preference as to what sex it is?
I know what you mean re neutral colours though, it was driving me nuts as everything was white or cream, but now I am getting pretty tired of pink, pink and yet more pink! She does look adorable in it though :-)
I don't know where you shop or if there is one near you, but Primark were pretty good for having nice neutral coloured blankets (yellows and greens) and not just the bog standard white or cream. We got a lovely soft one that is lemon with blue and pink lines on it.
Oh dear, I just realise how sad I sound....

You must be very excited. Hope s/he uncrosses his/her legs this time! He He!
I've got 4 weeks to go and am feeling rather cooked and ready to pop! Don't think I have another 4 weeks of growth left in my belly! And the little madam is having lots of fun and games with my bladder and ribs (not atall amused at the mo!)
Oh well, the things we do eh? It'll be worth it though! ;0)

Sorry, I came off line and didn't see your post. At 22 weeks I think i'd go a few days without feeling baby move and then in one day I might feel her move lots. It all depended on what position she was in.
I felt my son a lot earlier on in my first pregnancy, but this time it was later!
I think it was around 25+ did I start feeling her regular and even now at 36 weeks, she doesn't kick a lot.
Hope that helps chick x x x
