need help asap

im 40 weeks pregnant and have started 2 get very bad backache i cant move and in tears. i have a hot water bottle as we speak but its not really helping. it feels like period pain backache i dont no whether its labour???

It certainly sounds like the early stages of labour, call you maternity unit and speak to a midwife

we did this last night and the overwhelming opinion was.. labour.
