Arnica tablets

Hello! im due to give birth to my 2nd baby in 6 weeks and have decided to give arnica tablets a try to help with the healing process after the labour. I am just wondering the sort of dose you are meant to take etc, has anybody got any clues on this? Many thanks in advance!

I took 30c Arnica once a day for the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy; this was the dose recommended to me by my friend, who is a homeopath.

Had an absolutely fantastic, quick, painfree, natural waterbirth; don't know if it was due to the Arnica, but it certainly can't help to try!
