Implantation bleed?

Hi. I had my last period on 14th April. I did a home test on Saturday and got a positive result. I have had 2 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy in the past. I have had a bit of stomach pain this afternoon and diahorea. I've just been to the loo again and have had a tiny bit of bleeding. Could this be an implantation bleed or should I be concerned? For those of you who know me on Facebook, please don't mention this as noone knows yet. Thanks
