signs of miscarriage?

I am six weeks prg and have cronic pain down right side, left side and in my back. told it could be start of miscarriage but im not bleeding. any ideas?

it could be a number of things.

call your local hospital asap and ask to speak to the early pregnancy unit for advice.

if your in chronic pain, get to your local early pregnancy unit asap. you should not be in any pain!
