Hi. my husband and i have just started trying for a baby and i was just wondering when is the best time of the month to try to conceive. x

I think its 14 days before your monthly is due.

usually 12-17 days after the first day of your last period.

If youve only just started trying, dont get too hung up on whens and hows at first. It takes the fun out of trying.

Best tip i will give you, dont get up and rush to loo or walk about afterwards. I fell with both of mine when doing the dead at 3am and going straight off to sleep

Approx 14 days before your period is due. On a 28 day cycle it would be day 14. On a 30 day cycle it's day 16.

good luck, and remember to have fun trying, dont stress yourself if it doesn't happen straight away. You'll make it harder to conceive.
