which i may have given to others (not only AB'ers)

17yr old has moved out, fine, I know where he is, safe and sound.

My main question is, he has moved out, so what gives him the right to walk back in here as if it's the end of the school-day/work-day. Part of me wants to say to him, you don't live here, so you ring the bell, part of me wants him to feel he can come in when he likes.

My OH and I give him 3-6 months before he comes back home.

funnily enuff, he investigated the fridge on Tuesday night lol
Alba I know exactly how you are feeling, my youngest daughter (sorry darling if you read this) did a moonlight flit when she was 16, I was beside myself with a mix of emotions.
The next day I came home from shopping to find a note on the table saying she had popped in for some more stuff and borrowed my gloves! My initial thought though fleeting was to change the locks.
Of course I didn't and the open door policy did work, she came back a few times between rentals and she is now a fully grounded married lady with a beautiful son.

They test us all the time, let them go with love and they will always return.
