what is the name for a segmented pencil/pen?

what is the name of the type of pen/pencil/eraser in which the core of the item is in equal segments, and you can take to top segment off, insert it at the bottom and all of the segments move up the core, and put the next element at the top. This is then repeatable....

so good, she asked it twice..

when these pencils came out they were called pop-a-points.

I feel about 90 now :o/

Of course, more accurately, they should have been called lose-a-points.
too true chuck, once you lost one that was it, your pencil was bu99ered :(
