Men leaving the toilet seat up!

Was discussed on tv earlier - does it really annoy women that much??I mean, men dont complain when women leave the seat down do they? And I am the only female in our house lol.

It only bothers me when I have to put the seat down and get my hand wet because someone's aim was bad!

I always put the toilet seat down and I live on my own, it's to stop the contents of the toilet being atomised and coming out the toilet when it's flushed.

i think it pathetic the way some women get upset at this...

i am just glad they actually put it up, rather than wee on the seat - that they leave it up after is irrelevant

in fact, at parties, i often put it up after i use it...just to be sure the next bloke who goes in, isnt too drunk and wees on the seat!

there is no rule that says the seat has to be down, so conversely men could complain that women always leave it down.

Well yes it does annoy me especially when I stagger to the loo half asleep in the middle of the night. Why do they have to stand up anyway, most of them can't aim straight so it's unhygenic and quite revolting. If they all sat down then us girls would win two fold. The seat would always be down and we would'nt have to clean up the spillage.

On the subject, when ANYBODY flushes the loo, you are meant to have both seat and lid shut. There was this test and it showed that the spray when you flush can reach as far as the sink and the toothbrushes etc! eewwwwwwww
