Do you get it? I'm a pretty patient person (take at least 4 buses a day so have to be haha) but apart from the usual happenings of people sitting on the outside of two empty seats or standing bunched down the front of the bus, shiftng in stead of getting up so you nearly have to climb over them, leaving rubbish everywhere etc... I had a new one today.
Was getting up from the top of a doubledecker, busy but there were seats, and a girl was sat right near the top of the steps eating her way through some chippy chips and rather than moving she just shifted to one side so I had to try and negotiate over and round her trying to get down the narrow stairs on a moving bus (and they go fast round here) with three heavy and bulky bags of shopping without injuring either of us or knocking her chips/my shopping.
Some people just seem to defy common sense! Well, that's my rant over, feel free to join!
I'm rubbish at complaining or making a scene and you never know if you might get battered for it round here, assaults from public transport issues seem to be getting more and more frequent and I've seen a few myself.
Not much choice Boxtops from when I got on and didn't want to risk leaving my shopping downstairs with me upstairs in case it wasn't there when I went back to get it. At least I got to sit down then.
