Child support agency Case Review
4 Answers
Hi all
Just a quick question or two!
IF the people at the Child Support agency decide that a non resident parent doesnt have to pay child maintenance for their children because he is not earning enough (self employed I might add). how long does this decision stand for?
Is there an automatic review after a certain amount of time ?
(Im wondering if there is an automatic review as i dont want to be the troublemaker again by asking for this to be looked at again, He currently hasn't been reassessed for over 2 years)
Many thanks.

but just wondered if there was an automatic review system, have looked at my paperwork seems i can ask for a review if theres a big change in his income/circumstances, but funnily enough I am not privvy to that information! oh well, will carry on bringing up his children without his help. but thanks for your help x
