What a great idea - what a fantastic boss to have - and what a brilliant effect the children brought to the whole working environment.

What amazed me watching the programme was that productivity didn't suffer, although the accounts department wasn't too happy, as you wouldn't be if you were doing figures.
I could well imagine that in practise, those with children at work will love it and the others will mostly resent it as they will be the ones taking up the slack. The ones with children at work were even saying they would be able to have more children if they could bring them to work. I wonder how well that will go down with the childless.

em the babies were OK in their mother's arms at their desks, mum's were still using their computers OK. It's once they want to start exploring and are not happy just to sit there that the trouble starts. That's why the boss said once they start walking and wanting to explore they will go down to the Creche.
