Hi just looking for a way forward on this.In Jan 2012 i had all Benifit stoped Due to a Fraud Investigation The case was dismissed in june 2012 due to no evidance However one week later i was taken to a Inderpendant Tribunral were they said on Probabilities i was in the wrong and had to pay back benfits from Dec2011 uptill Jan2012.one week after all this i was taken to Court and evicted from my Specially Adapted House for my disabilaty i also had my son with me who was in full time education at the time and were left homless for weeks till a friend rented a house and we both moved in with him. In Dec 2012 i won two other Independent Tribunals to say i was entitled to benefits from Nov 2011 onwards.The DWP accepted the Tribunal Decision and did honour both
