Hi I agree with the last two answers who surmise that you are probably not pregnant, and that it would be worth a trip back to your GP to have a once over. In my experience I always think of questions that I forgot to ask afterwards so it might be worth writing them down before you go. For example ask your GP advice on why they think your menstrual cycle might be out of sync, what could be causing the spotting, has this happened before, are you eating enough/ have time to relax? You are around the same age as me so know that periods vary from time, to time and lighter months are nothing to worry about, but if you are also like me and trying for your first child, every slight variation to your cycle can be stressful/ hopeful as you might be thinking 'Could this be THE month'. If you are trying to get pregnant I wish you all the best in the world, but I don't think you are just yet. But please don't take anyone else's word for it, take another trip back to your docs to get some advice on the way forward.
