4 Answers
I had a Buy now or make me an offer on an item. I had this person offer me an amount and I excepted it... Sent off a invoice........But had a message back "saying my offer also included free delivery but you havent taken it off".... Wrote back and said no I didnt include free delivery and I still wanted that paid. I was then told "You excepted the offer including post so now you have to send it to me.!" When I looked he had taken the post and package off himself ,!!
Have taken it up with Ebay and buyer has been cleared and I have had to lose the fees.???
How can you change the postage as a buyer.? I didnt know you could.?

no idea ho he thought you had agreed to free delivery either - when you make an offer its just supposed to be a small amount less that the BIN price - its nothing to do with postage - unless they have added that option?
either way you dont have to sell it to him, just refund his money.
you could possibly apply to ebay to refund costs if you explain - but if this person is genuine and actually did somehow offer you free postage and you accepted they may say its your responsibility to know what you are agreeing to - perhaps when creating the BIN option in your listing, you gave that as an option? - worth a try though.
