Free Childcare For 3 Year Old - How Does It Work
7 Answers
my daughter will be 3 next year, Our bill for nursery for the year comes in december (for the next year) where they work out how many days she'll be going, then divide it by 12 so we have a regular amount each month.
However, she'll be eligible for the 15 free hours for part of the year
1) how do you apply
2) How do children who are already in full time nursery get it worked out?

The nursrey will receive an amount per hour (amount varies with different authorities and is more for 2 yr olds than 3 yr olds) and is deducted at source. You should have been asked to complete a form each term which confirms your child is at their setting and also that you declare that you still live in the same house and that your child is not attending anywhere else.
