Your thread had been dragged so far off-course that I think the Site Editor decided to remove it. Hopefully, the sensible answers you received will have answered your question.

This may go the same way - if you had limited your question to you and your parents without the need for telling us your income (which your parents know nothing about but we all do) then I daresay you'd have got a lot of helpful replies without the money stuff - which eventually indirectly got the thread removed.
I am sure Dizmo will take €30k a month - if not, I will.

@AlwaysConfused. Yes I did, I 'bonded' with my parents today and i saw that they truly want the best for me, but you were once a teenage, we all make stupid mistake, maybe this will be one I regret or appreciate.
As I said yesterday, two years feels like a lifetime at 18, but it will fly by. In the long run you will thank your parents, I'm sure.
ladybirder: I missed that one, still 30,000 euros is a lot :)

Taddbeta: I think you just came across as being fake. To earn that sort of money at your age and to be able to hide it from your family is very hard to believe. I'd struggle to hide making that amount of money from my parents.
I did recommend Open University to get a degree at any age, if you absented from your present course.
I'd be scared of the tax man as well!

@tamborine I remember your recommendation, but I want to live my young adult as a normal person does. Plus my friend and I are aiming for the same Uni so we can par together.
So? and I said this on the other thread, what is stopping you from going to the Uni of your choice (providing you get in)?

@Prudie Nothing is.
DTC for that amount of spondoolies I don't care who chases after me. I'll just enter the matrix. Anyway I'm going to leave this thread alone now as I'm being just as bad as everyone else yesterday. I'm just jealous :) I don't mind admitting it.
Which Uni are you targeting and in what subject?
Question Author
@Prudie I just need to decided where I would be more comfortable. University of Edinburgh ≤----- anyone recommend that?

I am interested in the field of law.
Good Uni - do you want Scottish law? - Durham is worth a look at for English, St Andrews does both......
Here's a league table for Law at Uni in UK, but as with all tables has to be taken with other things into consideration

Ok thanks once more :)
\\\ i wasn't expecting so many replies, as i asked the same question on yahoo and only got one reply,\\\

No fools on Yahoo.
I wouldnt do law at a scots uni because you will learn scots law and then to practise in England you would need to do a conversion course

esp in Land.
