My ex-wife walked out on me and my 2 kids. I have legally separated from her and in our agreement we agreed to pay half our debt. She doesn't pay the full child contribution costs and now she is threatening not to pay her half of the debt if I file for the full amount. What do I do without paying solicitor fees and going to court?

Please Help Me.
