Who Should My Daughter Phone?
41 Answers
When my daughter was shopping at the supermarket today, she returned to her car to find that someone had left their dog in their car.It was a boiling hot day and although the window was open slightly, the dog couldn't get near the window as it was behind a grill in the boot.My daughter made a note of the car's registration but doesn't know who to phone to report this, the police or the RSPCA, and would they do something about it?What's your thoughts on this please? x

This happened to me in McD's once. I went back into the store and told the staff giving car make, colour and reg. They went around the store and found the owner and INSISTED that they return to the car. They packed their food to go and "helped" them leave. Shops don't want dead dogs in their carparks, its very bad press. You might get a decent response from the police and you might not....
