Seagulls were on the news again yesterday. They have extremely sharp beaks and can be quite vicious. They are known to steal food from people and one lady was attacked by a seagull yesterday, leaving an open bloody wound on her head.

Before the correction team put the Sea Gull " Hearing Gull " term right, I think they should be culled, these birds are getting very daring in their plight for food as has been shown / reported, although protected, the public have also a right to be protected on the point of safety, how long will it be before these Gulls start attacking baby's in prams, Is it then...

Jan - I used to rather like Brighton and would visit perhaps once a year. I am a devotee of Georgette Heyer's Regency novels and wanted to see the Pavilion in all it's glory. However if I am now to be lumped in (as a grockle as you so rudely call us) with seagulls as something to be culled perhaps I will steer clear from now on. :o(
jj @ 0807; shot yourself in the foot, there, jj. If you watch the other clips on your link, one shows a gull attacking a perfectly healthy pigeon, killing it in a practiced manner and then proceeding to eat it. And you ask, "You think seagulls are vicious?" Well, after watching that, the answer is a resounding "Yes".
