Tagging Photo's On Facebook

Someone on Facebook has put on an old school photo that I am on. They've asked if anyone can Tag anyone they recognise.I can remember quite a few but I cannot tag as it says I don't have permission. Is there a way around this as I've no idea where anyone on the photo is these days to ask their permission as it's about 60yrs ago. x

It's not the permission of the people in the photos that's involved here; it's the permission of the person whose Facebook page you're viewing. He/she needs to alter his settings in order that people can do what he/she has requested.
