Should I Be Worried About Being Pregnant?
I am currently on birth control, but i have recently switched my medication for anxiety and depression and thats when things got weird. I switched medication about a month and a half ago, and in the beginning it changed my eating habits (i hardly eat anything) i lost about 10 pounds (162 down to 154) and it helped me a little bit to be happier. However here lies the issue. I am VERY adament about taking my birth control at the same tiem every day 830 every morning, and yes i am sexually active before anyone asks. I h ave only been with this one guy for months so theres another good thing. However, heres the thing my period came a week early (which never happens because i am on birth control and this pill has regulated me great for years and i have never had any issues). It came a week early and was lighter than it should be and occured for about 9 days. Like i said it was very light and sometimes during the day it woudl completely stop and then come back at a later time. To be completely honest the guy i'm with didn't even notice for teh majority of the days, only the last one where my normal period would have been. Like i said it was lighter and longer (2-3 days is my normal period cycle) and it just didn't make any sense at all. These pills also regualated my acne as well and since i've started these new depession pills, my face has been breakign out as well (that is why i'm thinking it is messing with my birth control). Now should i be worried about being pregant or could this be a fluke and i'm flipping out about nothing. Shoudl i wait 2 more weeks and see if my regular period comes back with my birth control pills or should i take a damn preganacy test... even though i shouldn't be pregnant.
