I think that so far, this is the worst summer I can ever remember. It`s grey, windy and spitting with rain - really grim. Someone at work said that it has to get better soon surely?

I had a good feeling in the spring - I thought it was going to be a good summer this year because we had more typical spring weather. How wrong I was.
Lovely weather here 237. Spent Friday on the beach with our grandaughter ( introduced her to egg sandwiches ) and today by the pool. :).

Very nice. I have never felt the need to have a summer holiday (apart from in 2012) because I like being here in the summer months but I might have to change my thinking
We live here 237. But we don't summer holiday much. Next weekend we are all going along the coast to Almuñecar for the week end though.

Oh OK. I didn`t know that. I remember summers when we could plan what we would do the next weekend and know that the weather would be good (circa about 1983)
The first day of summer was June 20th only 6 days ago , give it a chance!
I've just put a jumper on and it has started raining again for the umpteenth time!
It's them spiteful Europeans. Taken our summer away just coz we voted OUT.
I remember summer in London in '76 ! Hot and humid, but what fun !!!!

I remember summer 76 in Devon. The hot weather started in the Whitsun school holidays and it just went on and on.
The weather in Blackpool has been glorious for the past couple of weeks. Shorts, sandals, summer-bedding and windows open until bedtime... :o)
I think our seasons are getting out of sync. Last year, weekend before Christmas it was 18 degrees, the year before I can remember going out walking in a t-shirt.

I have had many conversations with our customers who come from all parts of the world. They all say that the weather has changed in their countries. Must be down to global warming.
